Strange they hardly ever mention the fact that for most under age 75, its a 99% recovery rate.Well cases went down a bit here 4700 instead of 5200, but 22.7% pos test rate that went up. How is it by you guys?

As a fellow Illinois resident I too need to get a haircut before they shut them down again or....i could bring back my long hair from back in the day...lolI'd be surprised if they don't lock us down in the next week....
I was waiting to get my haircut until after Thanksgiving... My barber puts up a small bar in the store between Thanksgiving and New Year, and we can get a drink while we wait and get our haircut... I like to get a whiskey and sprite...
I may have to get my haircut early and go this weekend if they are still open, because I'm afraid they may lock our state down again and the barbers will all be closed....
Decisions, decisions....
Happy Birthday!LOL, Thanks Ray! Im pretty sure your the first one every year to remind me. This year I thought I was a year older than I actually am. I had to do the math.
I count 4, but that's a good math error.Good morning, hope it's going to be a good day for everyone.
Two for Tuesday

Not sure where you got that number, seams like everyone has different. But, definitely up. WGAL said almost 10% up over 3% from a week ago. Not good.Well cases went down a bit here 4700 instead of 5200, but 22.7% pos test rate that went up. How is it by you guys?
Some oaks hold them till Spring...I think I could put all the leaves still on my trees in a little plastic grocery bag.I have a few asshole trees that still have some leaves up...

I'd like to visit @memike 's barber. My Vietnamese barber keeps Beer in his fridge for me, everytime I visit. Going there today as a matter of fact....
I don't get too many in flower beds. Not sure if I will bother with them now or wait till Spring..I'm still waiting a couple weeks to clean out the flower beds.
Just byob..I'd be surprised if they don't lock us down in the next week....

It is bad and I don't want it, but Definitely a statistics game...Strange they hardly ever mention the fact that for most under age 75, its a 99% recovery rate.
close. It’s first grade work. The problem isn’t the difficulty, it’s getting my daughter to do it while at home with 15 million distractions. Then they want her on these “zoom” meetings, which are scheduled at the same time as my work video conference calls, so yeah, pain in the ***.Yeah, that kindergarten is hard stuff....
My wife texted me, they just lost 6 patients at her office overnight... all due to Covid. All elderly, but still sad. She’s pretty upset, one was a married elderly couple that has just had their 50th wedding anniversaryIt is bad and I don't want it, but Definitely a statistics game...
We are debating our Turkey day plans. Supposed to go to my son's place in west end of PA. Us, him and fiance, her parents and maybe her sister. Then there was the wild card that her brother and family(wife and little boy) could come. I told Mae yesterday -I don't like it. Not only do I not want this ****, but if I am around anyone believed to have it, I am out of work 2 weeks with partial pay. Just found out the brothers wife has it. So if they come up I am 100% NOT. They are in WV, but the mother drove down and did a porch drop of the kid's birthday gifts. Yada, yada yada. Seriously thinking we will not be going anywhere.
Then the big one - most of them are supposed to be here at Christmas. Ugh. Will deal with that one in a few weeks...
She is actually working with covid patients? My wife texted me, they just lost 6 patients at her office overnight... all due to Covid. All elderly, but still sad. She’s pretty upset, one was a married elderly couple that has just had their 50th wedding anniversary
My wife wants to visit her mom for the holiday. Her brother and family are supposed to come from Chicago.I hear you Keith, Marilyn is stubborn on this Wants a group here for thanksgiving and I told her no fkin way. Told her the risk, her response is we don't have it. Reply we get a group together and then anything goes, what if yu get the kids sick with it. Still stuborn, then a wedding Dec 23 in NY, over 150 people most from the NYC area. Told her she is crazy going, same thingh with the kids thing she wants to see her nieces newborn, told her she would never forgive herself if she kills it by contact. Selfish, selfish, selfish, then she wants to stay for Xmas? WTF!!!!!! I am out of it and if she goes like a idiot it will be on Amtrack to Grand Central station then railroad to the sisters house I guess.
No freakin way!!!Marilyn is stubborn
No no. My wife handles the billing and I’m some cases, covers for the receptionists while they go to lunch or on vacation. She is actually working with covid patients?
That was another piece of the puzzle I didn't mention...son's fiancé's sister is in hospital(not covid) supposed to be out in a couple days. Just too many loose strings on this whole get together.
I still like her to pieces!!! My favorite lady not my wife...........Don't tell her.....Yup typical New Yorker for sure but not a demarcate!
I don’t know exactly what we’re doing yet. I’m set up to make thanksgiving dinner which I will likely do, but whether we go around to any other ones like normal, is unlikely. If everyone is healthy, we may invite my grandfather over so he’s not alone on this, the first Thanksgiving without my grandmother. It’s gonna be hard on him. Fall and winter were my grandmothers favorite times, she loved to cook huge meals for everyone and play cards and just hang out, this year with her passing, it’s gonna be eerily quiet in that house by himselfWe are having a very small Thanksgiving. Me, the wife, our son who lives with us, our daughter who has her own place, my sister in law, her husband and thier 2 small children. We all are very diligent on being very careful. My sister in law is a microbiologist and runs the local Covid lab that processes most tests from across the state so, she is VERY diligent. My daughter pretty much just works and hangs out at her house. She was going to have a Friendsgiving thing on the 20th at her house, i called her yesterday and told her she needed to cancel that **** for now and, if she didnt she wasn't coming here on Thanksgiving. She wasn't happy about that but, i have type 1 Diabetes and asthma so, i ain't playing around. I would love to see my 47th birthday. We have made it this long and, a couple more months we may be able to get a vaccine and put this **** behind us. I just found out my buddies wife has Covid, he just had chemo and a stem cell transplant, I sure hope he doesn't get it....He is only 48...Stay safe!!
Yeah. I mean that’s the plan. I’ve also come up with an idea to give him what is probably the best Christmas gift I can think of too.I would definitely get him over Chris. He needs it.
My wifes grandmother passed this year and it will be the frist holiday season without her. She was the staple of that side of the family, all holdays were at her house so, i know how you feel its going to be very hard for her and, VERY different. She passed from Covid so this has affected us in a very personal way.I don’t know exactly what we’re doing yet.
