Yeah. I guess I am big framed. I measured my wrist and it's a tic over 8". So yeah.

Snowing, raining, melting and windy. Still 34f here. Way out of the ordinary for janurary.
Tomorrow, 0f or colder.
 
3/4 of one rocker done. Lots to do yet. Will maybe have it done and ready to put box on this weekend.

I was just watchin' Weather Channel, their prediction for the high here next Monday or Tuesday in sunny SoCal for the HIGH is 46°. I'm not sure what kinda storm we're getting the tail end of, but it oughta be fun to watch. It won't be sunny that day either. :realcrazy:

Yep, I knew that you were based on photos you have posted of yourself. Like I said, 200 lbs will get you to about 15% body fat. My goal is somewhere around 12-15%. I am currently at about 27%. I was just over 50% when I first started this journey.

Evening all. Got a hydraulic oil bath today but guess thats the way it goes. Looks like we may be slowing down a bit to 12 hour days again. "And I jinxed it" hope everyone is doing great.
