No, was told by American Express, the Covid has lowered millions of scores. Banks are afraid people will have a tougher time repaying debt in the near future....

I didn't 'play' them. But did run some up when I was out of work and then didn't get back in at the income I had previous. Only have a couple small ones active now. But have a couple old ones in collection. On the bright side, having a low score they won't give you much credit to run up.Had a friend that played the credit card shuffle like that. He could never figure out why he could never get the debt paid off.

I did just plunk down over 3 grand on Capital One for an overdrive......so there is that......

For sure. I was always well into 700s. Couple accounts went over 60 days and very quickly dropped to mid 400s
Has slowly climbed back most of it with all 'current' bills paid on time. Hoping to break 700 again soon as some of these old accounts drop off...

We paid off my wife’s car last month... balances went down in everything else.
But our score dropped 15 points... like wtf

Mine fell out of the 8's into the upper 7's after I paid off the car. Now all I have is home mortgage. They suggest I get a credit card to improve my score..For sure. I was always well into 700s. Couple accounts went over 60 days and very quickly dropped to mid 400s

Don’t need no stinkin credit. We should have the house paid off in 3 years. Amazing how many people do not carry cash anymore. I usually have no less than a hundred in my wallet. Not going to mention my safe. . I really like my new safe. My wife and I were in about 100k credit card debt at one time. Paid it all back. That was a great feeling.

The areas I’m looking have ranged from 450 an acre to 2,000 per. Just depends on mineral rights, location and ultimately utilities is a big one

Currently, I don’t need it. But I will probably get another driver car at some point and want to partially finance. Same with another house at some point. Need the score or will get killed on those. We use the Home Depot card as a revolving account for anything to fix the house etc and have one other low limit card. Made a huge difference in scores after both were active a couple months.
