Good Morning All. So, I learned nothing yesterday. They don't believe it is rotator cuff, but could be other tear. Was sent down the hall for an MRI, but for whatever reason, they couldn't do one and sent me home. "we will call you to set it up". WTF do I do in the meantime? Are there stretches? Things I can do to help or make worse?

And it gets better, I get out to the car and no keys. COME ON! Look, they are on the seat! Must have missed my pocket when I tried to put them in there when getting out. So, locksmith and bill later, I go home knowing nothing more than I am sore. They better call today - and early.
 
Yup. 3 hours of driving, no answers or direction, and $50 locksmith bill. Could have stayed at work.....

And they couldn't make an appointment while your there WHY??
