Anyone got a guess as to what these are off of?
This engine will be torque heavy. Should pull taller gear no problem should be north of 500 ft lbsand max torque should be about 3500 rpm. We will see.....my trans has a lower 1st gear set up.Eh you can go too low and end up lugging too much in high gear.
Biggest deal will be traction. Will probably be a smoke show all the way down the strip...This engine will be torque heavy. Should pull taller gear no problem should be north of 500 ft lbsand max torque should be about 3500 rpm. We will see.....my trans has a lower 1st gear set up.
How will the 112lsa do? Not sure of CR...
Sounds like a torque monster..

Post up some specs and I'll run it on Desktop Dyno. It is a ballpark. This engine will be torque heavy. Should pull taller gear no problem should be north of 500 ft lbsand max torque should be about 3500 rpm. We will see.....my trans has a lower 1st gear set up.

Round and up and down...What's the bore and stroke???
Have at it Karl.I'm trying to put the data in right now...
Need some head flow numbers for best results...
4.00 bore is 402 cid, 4.04 bore is 410 cid...

This was my estimates building this.....Max torque right at cruising sweet spot, with 2.77 gears....So far from the numbers you will have 408 ft * lb of torque at 1000 RPM and maintain over 400 ft*lbs till almost 4800 RPM....
Peak torque is 547 ft*lb at 2500
Horsepower will peak at 394 HP at 4500 RPM

Taking it here..Maybe Tim will put it on a Dyno and we can see what the real numbers are after it’s done.
I would like to know what the measured numbers really are.
Nice! The engine or the finished car?
