But you guys wouldn't know which ones I was talking about....

A song to run through your head all day after you listen to it:

Thanks Karl, those guys were great. I have no idea how many times I watched them live. MeMike probably remembers as well as they used to play a lot in Arkansas. Never big venues just medium sized gun and knife cowboy bars. They would draw the most crazy crowds. Only band that could put hippies, bikers and cowboys at same show. It was a beautiful thing. Great memories!

I'm out. Did some yard work this morning, put out the trash.
Going to work on the Valiant.

Well unlike most of you I'm NOT the most mechanically inclined. I'd mentioned the deck belt of the JD rider had busted.
With encouragement from some of you I decided to fix it. I lowered the deck and went at it per the instructions.
After 20 minutes of big hands and small spaces I said screw it and :wtf: disconnected the deck.
I replaced the belt, attached the deck, and it worked like a champ. (30 minutes total)
In the past I'd of just paid to have it fixed. I felt pretty good!!
I get that lift in the new garage, and with U-tube, who knows what I might do.
Thanks!!

Yo TMM I texted the guy on the 64 you were interested in. No word back yet. I have a shooting match all day today so once that starts I will be off line.
Probably too big of a project for me. I have nowhere to build a car. Thanks

Next thing ya know you will be cruising tool sales to fill up that shiny new tool box you snagged! It is a black hole my friend a black hole!

As a tool dealer you always welcomed a "I can buy a bigger tool box than you" contest between the techs. The toolman always wins that contest!:lol:

So what’s everyone up to this week? Something cheery I hope!

Went to load recycling up into Suburban, hadn't pulled this out and put back into shop yet. This is the largest piece I've ever had powder coated, don't know if that was a great idea but at least it's sealed.

I'm throwing another yard of garden soil in the "tree area" of the garden, then will plant 4 fruit trees, 3 blueberry bushes and one goose berry bush. There, I said it, now lets see if it actually happens lol!
