Haven't been there for a while, but that has been the case for a long time. Pay to park somewhere, then pay more to go where you need to or hoof it. Otherwise you waste most of the day in traffic and finding parking
 
No There is no parking at all by the SOL! The rest is $20 a hour. I dont get it trains and subway is the way to go. I never drive in Manhatten just a reall PIA for sure.
 
Last night I get in behind a line of traffic and as I work my way up there is a Ram 1500 with a huge slode in camper pulling a little trailer filled with Kayaks. Obviously going to the lake. The weight of the camper had him rocking GREATLY when he was over 30. I thought about calling the police because it was so dangerous but didn't want to ruin his vacation. What an idiot

There was a time in my life I drove through there with a tractor trailer to haul garbage. crossed the Brooklyn bridge
 
Main roads are fine that go across it is in the infrastructure that sucks. Ony time we woud drive in there was to go to McSorleys. Friend had a lifted blazer, really lifted 44" tires etc. Never had a issue parking he had a metal garbage can the bottom was cut out of and we put it over a fire hydrant and painted the curb Grey! Good times there.
 
I can't understand how so many businesses can stay open. The cost of property...I could eat at a different eatery 3 times a day the rest of my life. And electronic stores. How do they all sell enough to stay open
 
Morning all. Taking C out for BK and then she's gone to Kansas City for the morning.
I'm staying home and doing some yard work on the current residences. Goes up for sale in less than a week.

So did a Distributor for a guy in Melborne. He asks me if he can drop ship stuff from mancinie to me and just box it up and send it all in one. No sweat. Stuff comes yesterday, LA girdlles, NOS fan shroud ARP stuff, LA tensioner etc. Holy crap this will be 200 to ship to him easiy!
