Just bought a 2nd. I went and got that 100 dollar HarborFreight special. Thinking it may help me on the thin stuff since it’s only 110 vs the 240 of my Lincoln.I do have a spare welder I can donate!
but tomorrow thru Friday, will be spent all week trying to get the Polara to run and drive well enough to cruise it Friday evening.

40sumthin zones altogether. Many of them are very limited 3-500 tags per season. Zone A around here has 65K,
Numerous National Forests in Zone A. Ventura County to Humboldt County. D 13 is the one I used to like.

That 1 zone that covers the Mojave, I dunno how far it goes up towards Big Bear, but that's the only part of it I ever saw a deer in

It all depends on the control. I assume this is MIG. So what's going to be importnat is things wire size and how well it can be controlled (feed rate) and whether it has gas shielding.
The advantage of 110 is you can plug it in more places, and usually they are smaller and more portable.

Flux core works ok......for most stuff.....now, the harbor freight welder not so much....$100 Harbor Freight is probably flux core.
