Craig and I typically meet for this one, but lord knows he is swamped. His house went on the market yesterday, I was driving while him and Jodi were Plotting and planning all things real estate. They will have a super busy weekend entertaining offers and making all kind of tough decisions. Good luck Craig. I cant even imagine how hard it would be to leave a home after that many years. My welding hood has taken me on a nomadic journey all over this Country we have never lived any one place for more than about five years, much less thirty something. Thanks, yep we made it through a day of clean up and a night of showings. Based on a realtor's comments after they had their visit they are going to make an offer. We just want a good family to move in. Yes it's a crazy market and we really don't want the price to get too crazy. We'd be willing to work with the right family and make it a good deal for them also.
Cheryl has said more than once in the last week she's not moving again...haha!! 31 years in the same place, it's bittersweet thinking of all the memories I have here. It's time for a change though, and we love the new place. Your all invited to come by and spend some time.

Wet day here. Woke around 5 with nasty leg cramps. :mad: Did way too much yesterday. Step counter shows 13,406 and phone was on charge for a while at work. Started with the shed work and several trips to basement and garage. Then running around like a nut at work. Finished the shift with several climbs up/down ladder to do some bulbs and a ballast :BangHead: Today's goal is to do least possible...
 
Whole mess of F100 classics campin' out here for tonight and tomorrow.

Last time I saw them it looked like they were headin' for the wino hangouts up the valley. :lol:
 
Well I went to the car show anyway. Went to the tent to tell them to take me off the list and told them what happened, they went ahead and gave me a goody bag that I didn’t know they were doing
 
All Mopar car show tomorrow, nothing but racing today! Cedar Falls Iowa at TMMs annual show and drag race. I personally watched them work him to death today. He never slowed down all day. Well we may have sampled a dab or two. Anyway Mopar Maxx 2021 is off to a great start!

Well the first 24 hours of house market is in the books.
We had 11 showings and three offers of $260k $275K(asking price) and $295k.
Agent said he took several calls tonight with offers. He told them we had a solid $295 offer. They acknowledged that and said they'd be presenting higher offers.

Honesty, I’m not sure. I need to talk to education on that. I used the ones I got in my first contract, but after getting out and getting back in, I’ve used none. I’ve heard multiple things on that topic so I need to check
