If he said what they got, I missed it. But sounded like they were already well over asking in the early offers.
I am figuring 50K over told Marilyn. We got a crazy letter with a high offer on this place from a relator. If I had a better place to go I would, But I Like it here mostly.

Penn State extension have anything about mushrooms in lawns?
You can always email them pictures.
Although they weren't much help with my Hawthorn. Kept saying the tree was OK, and the white fuzzy stuff was a variety of ladybug.
But they do have lawn specialist (or did) supposed to be pretty good.

Got up at 5am this morning and did my heavy workout, ate breakfast, and picked my Son Matt up to take to the Airport. He's going out to St Louis to drive back a truck he bought when he was out there last month. Mercedes Benz Sprinter box truck....Back home by 9am,
