Had five offers. We took that to two. They both gave us a final offer and we chose one.
We got more than asking price, no inspections as is, no contingency's, and we pick the closing date.

Super Congrats to Zman (Craig) and his bride. They worked like dogs getting old house ready for sale. All that chaos and work sure paid off. To get more than you ask for the house, with zero strings attached in a matter of hours after being put on the market is a direct reflection of all that effort. Just plain Raisin Pie.

I am beginning to think the thermostat housing is a big restriction. Not a lot of area for coolent flow with the hi flow thermostat in it.....

Beacuse there is nothing wrong with it.

Shroud will help when its putt putting along and stuck in traffic.
When the temps just climb a little and stabalize under those conditions, that's the shroud helping.
Beleive me, not much fun turning the heater fan on to keep the coolant temps from climbing over the limit... Keep shifting int o neutral to keep the fan speed up, sweating from the heat and sweating from worrying about overheating. Been there, done that, more than once.
