Stop in for a cup of coffee

I understand and yes batteries are very expensive. These are nice as they are so small. The one I have fits in center console just fine. Charged it over 3 years ago. Still at 80% or so.

I am looking around for a battery jump pack any recomendations under $100?
The Viking brand from HarborFreight is really really good. Costs about 80-90 bucks. The one I have is 3 years old now and has been used a TON around the farm jumping tractors, semis, my Jeep. And the kids four wheelers. Mine came with a binder about the size of a book. I love it so much that when my in-laws asked what I wanted for Christmas this year, I asked for another couple of these so I can keep one in each vehicle.

Not much if anything here. Haven't even seen any signs around home. Just a few up near work.
Good Morning
We have a heated mayoral race. It will be interesting. And yes, I will have a toddy in my hand to watch the returns come in later. More fun than the Super bowl. I don't know if we will go to the after party though. Jammed in a bar with dozens of screaming crazies doesn't sound like fun or a good idea.

Gonna continue my ceiling work this morning. Found the area where get in from the garage was sagging pretty bad. I had pulled it up with screws and patched it, but it popped through. Pushed it up with my jack post yesterday. Was at my buddied place Sunday and he gave me a few plaster washers. Never saw them before.1-1/4 in dia with indent for the screw head and holes around. His dad had them left from fixing his ceilings. They had heat above the sheetrock (cables I think) and the weight pulled down. Got another pack of 25 at ACE yesterday. Looks like they will hold it. Going to lower it first and get some construction adhesive in there first…

Interesting one in Harrisburg. Current Mayor narrowly lost the primary, but is running as a write-in.

He’s a Dem. Most will vote their party. But if the Dems split, that could make an easy win for the other guy…
Thank the Lord we are non-partisan. Everyone knows which way the candidates lean but no party affiliation is mentioned. The incumbent mayor has been doing a good job maintaining the city and spurring growth. His opponent is a 60+ year old grandma that has spent a couple years on council. She's running on the "follow me and I will reduce your taxes" but she doesn't have a clue how to do it without cutting the heck out of the budget and taking police and fire fighters off the street. You can't have it both ways. Like some bumbling fool said last night at the council podium, complained about his taxes and then complained that his street needed repaved and crime is up in his neighborhood.
Sorry dude, You can't have it both ways. :BangHead::BangHead:

Too much political. I am done. Thanks for listening. Respond with a "like and I can take this post down" LOL
