There’s also area average value figured in. That is based on similar properties and structures that sold within your township in those 5 years.

Nice trip up the coast 
Signs allover up there "STOP THE DUNES CLOSURE!" I don't know if they have set a date yet, but Pismo Dunes days are numbered as an ORV area

March and April out there are good for the automotive paint, glass, and chrome industry allover the states to repair the damage done to those who decide to drive through that giant sand blasting cabinet 
I went to 5 doctor appointments a couple years ago, they couldn't find anything wrong and told me it was a "sensational thing"... Then tried to get me to go to more doctors....
This time at the hospital they claimed they can do a "deeper dive" than the ENT doctor, but they had me waiting so long my saliva eventually broke down the obstruction to where I was able to wash it down with a bottle of Coke from the pop machine, making my trip to the hospital a waste of time because I didn't get any answers....
Put on a Santa suit and lay down next to the dead deer when the local school bus passes by....

Well I can’t give Tim too hard of a time. Due to the situation at the farm, I’ve not been able to touch my dart since June. My goal of having it ready by Carlisle 2022 is in serious jeopardy. Sad part is, I have a truck load of parts, I just can’t get there to work on it with the legal **** going on

440 bottom end is finished, need the top end installed, t56 is ready. I figure 7-10 days worth of sanding and grinding, another 2-3 in body filler, another 7-10 in block sanding, then a couple days of painting. Then the getting the thing assembled. So call it 30 days of straight work and it could be finished. That’s if I do it solo
