Stop in for a cup of coffee

Howdy all. Merry Christmas. I'm in Mexico. Phone is about dead and bad internet is why I have been out for a while.

Mine is dying - the battery anyway. And the charge port won't stay connected good. The combination is getting very annoying. Will get a new one soon.
My last phone was FUBAR after I scaled a 12 ft gate in VN last year...Actually it still turns on...But got a new one in June...

Nothing like assembling presents that were ordered in September that actually managed to come into at 630 pm this evening. In the woods, in the dark and 40 mph winds...

The joy of Christmas...

Enjoy it while they're young.
I do. This one has been rough. Covid battle , sure. But it’s the first Christmas without my grandfather and I’m so torn up about it, trying hard to keep it from spreading to the rest of the family but it’s hurting deep. I’m just so darn happy I went with my gut last year and came up with the tractor overhaul. 7 days to tear down, rebuild and repaint a 1956 John Deere Model 60. Got her all back together, went to start it and boom went the starter. Took 4 months to get a new one from John Deere, just days before wha would be his funeral. So the Model 60 led the casket to the gravesite . The old pop pop pop of the old thing echoing in tune with church bells.

but man, watching the video we took last year and his reaction makes me smile. Such a good memory and so glad we got it done for him.

I'm 16 years from my Mom's passing on December 20th... keeping the good memories in mind and knowing the cycle of the world maintains perspective. How happy would your Dad have been having a tractor lead the procession?

Be well... enjoy family in spite of the world.

Must be the Mezcal talking.

Cheers

Evening and Merry Christmas everyone. Dogs got lots of toys and bones, all crashed now. We bought a new tv for us so just small stuff for us, Patty found me a Dodge Rampage hot wheels, never new they made a hot wheels of one.

Merry Christmas everyone. We made it across the state somehow. I think I was sleep driving most of the way. I am exhausted and ready for a night's rest. Night all

Well I'm up for the day.
My daughter, grandson, and his fiancee flew in from Alaska .
Spending the night, then they will go to see her mother
Drive up to Valley Forge to meet up with her daughter's and grand children.
Have fun. Santa did that visit last weekend.

Morning Craig. Hope you folks are enjoying your first Christmas in the new house.

We are been so busy we kept decorations to a minimal. We spent last night at the MIL’s last night. Yesterday was her 87fh birthday. Have breakfast this morning and then head home. Sounds like you have a great day planned with family. Merry Christmas and safe travels.
