Stop in for a cup of coffee

Ya know, the food in VN is already more healthy than here in the US. Much fresher, not much msg, hardly ever frozen, etc. I always lose 10-15 lbs when I am there. Not withstanding the extracurricular activities.
I love The food when I travel internationally. My travel partner and I always had one rule when we dined out. If we couldn’t pronounce it or did not know what it was, that is what we ordered. And we always ordered something different then cut our portions in half and swapped. That way we always got to try two different things at each meal. And agreed, overall the food in the US is a bit heavy compared to rest of the world. My opinion, worst food is England, bland and boiled into submission. Not counting the large popular Indian cuisine side. Like you I prefer Asian foods but I am a rabbit so I have a bias towards anything veggie over meat. I also like Mediterranean. Again because of the fresh produce base. Worst thing I ever was served was some ostrich, it was literally blue. I had to cover it with a napkin, really freaked me out.

You all have a great Christmas Day .
I'm out.
