I'll have to see how it sits in the Suspension anchor and whether the locking ring will fit properly

But I don't expect any issues
Dont forget to grease them...I put a set from Mitch's Dart in the 66. They are all the same....

After the fight to get it out a definitely making sure the next (if there is one) is easy
How I install, Put the new grease boot on the T bar, Slide in from the front, then install the lower control arm, bolt it in place, leaving the nut kind of loose, slide forward the t bar, put in the rear clip, slide the boot in place, then install the rest of the front suspension, leaving no tension on the T Bar, till all completed. then tighten up the adjusting bolt. that is how I do it...And of course grease both ends.....

There was a trick that some of the Desert Racers I raced with used to do to torsion bars on the VW based rear suspension. Almost everyone went to larger than stock bars. Some of them put those bars on the lathe and machined a taper on them.
The taper going to the trailing arm end of the bar. Allegedly in the reasonably flat stuff the suspension just kinda floated over the little dirt bumps and the car retained it's traction better. When they got to the big stuff, the bars would wrap up more and engage the larger portion of the bar. I think most of those desert racers have gone to coil overs now where the rules allow.

Or assemble everything and slide the T bar in from the back....works either way...Dont tighten the lower control arm nut till it is adjusted for height. Then tighten it,,,
