Maybe depends how bad. If it’s just a section of fence, it’s not worth it. If it got major damage on the shed, yeah that’s a 6,000 dollar shedCalling the insurance company?

Yep but I won’t rebuild it. I’ll use that money to put up my grain bin shopOuch
Once the caffeine kicks in and I get motivated, I’ll go out and inspect it. And then go from there. Pics to comeDont touch a thing have them come out and appraise it.
It missed the shed, just scratched the corner trim. Looks like it’s just a big *** branch or part of the top. The tree removal will be on my landlord. The fence and shed are mine so thatd be on me.Just the cost of tree removal is prob a grand to them.
Not the house we’re living in. We own 10 acres we’ve been trying to build on.I thought you owned the property?
looks like some big stuff fell. How high up was that? Not familiar with Cottonwood. I would guess that is a 'softer' hardwood? Is it good firewood at least? It missed the shed, just scratched the corner trim. Looks like it’s just a big *** branch or part of the top. The tree removal will be on my landlord. Good Morning
When I moved here we had a massive Mimosa in the front yard and another smaller one in the back. (Plus sprouts, everywhere) Pretty for a week with pink blooms. filthy and ugly the rest of the year. LOL. All long since removed, but still removing sprouts occasionally, I'm sure I burned it, but not a desirable fire wood. Not sappy, just little heat.Cottonwood are large trees and found in my area and find them along a water source.
A mature tree will use up to 75 gallons of water a day. Not a good firewood. Lighting likes them.
A PITA in spring when their seeds drop a white floating cotton type substance that blows around for a few weeks.
Some days it looks like we've had a light snow. Crap gets in the garage, car if you leave the windows down, AC unit has to be kept clean, air filter on Zero trac, etc...
