Stop in for a cup of coffee

Me to, I went to a country club and it seems every other hole had a small bar set up with a doll setting us up, but that was many moons ago

Yup. Last round I played was in Mexico... It was off season so the drink cart just seemed to be following me around...

It's the cart loaded with various types of drinks usually driven by a young gal who keeps your drink full.
A nice tip and she'll check in on you more often.
A great hard working group of young ladies.
In Viet Nam when you go to the Party venue private room, usually with 8 or 10 friends There is A/C and ALWAYS a pretty young Viet chick wearing a short skirt and high heels. Most Viet girls have Great legs. She serves the food to the table, keeps ice in you glass, and always makes sure you have fresh beer I Love it....

Some day you guys will have to take me golfing, I hear hockey players make pretty good golfers!

They are...

My father in law was a member of Detroit Golf Club... He took me there occasionally and one time showed me the wall in the locker room where the member's handicaps were listed... Many of the Detroit Red Wings were listed on there towards the top of the chart...

These are a brand new take off. I was down in the woods dragging a log when the rear tire on the up hill side blew. If it would have been on the down hill side I think the tractor would have rolled. So I am really Leary with these old tires

I was loading a truck at the rock farm one day
th?id=OIP.jpg

Had just pulled up next to it with the first bucket load bucket was already over Otto's truck ready to dump and I heard an unfamilar BANG and the 966 leaned to the left just a little bit. "Otto pull away from the loader quickly." "What? Aren't you going to load me?" "Quickly Otto. Move away." Otto pulled the truck and trailer away from me and when he was clear I very slowly lowered the bucket to the ground. Once I had the bucket on the ground I gave it just a little down pressure and the left front tire and wheel fell the f#$% off. Otto looked like  . The tire guy had been there before that shift, I don't think the lugs were loose but all of them were broken off when I got out of the seat to look. Luckily the brake drum found a comfy place to sit in that big *** wheel until I took the weight off.

Started on the 454-ectomy. Not one bolt so far was more than 30 foot-lbs. my cordless ratched loosened em all. Figured i would make up an engine lifting plate. Nope, sent buddy a text, cnc plasma table will do it nicer. 2 txts later and

hes asking which way to weld the ring plate..

I think Tim is like me....If I am hurting or sick...why sit home and be hurt or sick....I want to enjoy my day as much as I can sick hurt or other.
Except he's been working on new shed and stuff every day anyway. This will be a break for him.

Is he driving his car from your place to Carlisle or hauling it
He said he has trailer parking spot at the show

He will surely get farthest driven?
Not sure from where exactly, but there was a guy with stickers from at least 3 or 4 shows on his car. Drives down from Canada every year. That was pre covid - not sure if he was able to the last few.

I do like mine but way overpriced for what it is. And parts are crazy!
I think Kubota is most popular for small home use around here, but lots of green and others restored. I think the local high school still had drive your tractor to school day. LOL

Good Morning All! Lesson learned for me this weekend, don't get a booster shot then expect to go drive fence posts etc. I shouldn't have whimped but this one put a bigger knot than the others, so now I have some make up to do during the week after work.
My 2nd booster was the easiest I think. Not as sore as previous ones. I wasn't doing posts, but did go to work right after.

For sure. The big difference is that we can ride in a cart as we play, and the cart girl comes by occasionally and will keep us hydrated.
..."And less violent contact between players, thereby retaining all our teeth."

Good Morning

Moving along, lifting plate showed up,so picking engines will be easier now. Will get another made for LS engines next.

Anybody else watch the Mopar Connection video about the power tour this year? Sounds like Toyota ruined it for everybody? They allowed any Toyota old or new on the tour. That would suck.
Hotrod power tour? Yeah, they’ve NEVER restricted or had classes as to what vehicle you could drive on it. Ever.

It seems to be Bursitis. No infection, no tears, no Gout. Leg immobilized for about a week, ice and ibuprofen

Well had to fast, so they could drain body fluids.
So zero Breakfast or lunch. After this probably for go dinner.

That is great news, I think? No idea what Bursitis is or how to avoid it but certainly sounds much better than the other things running thru your head!

Bursitis is the fluid pocket in knees and Shoulders to keep a cushion. When there is trauma, it gets inflamed and the body produces more, then there is pain and swelling due to this.

Avoid inflammatory foods....so diet matters... Stretching and post-work/workout ice is nice. I wear a neoprene sleeve or wrap to sorta "hold things together" when I do dumbell or kettlebell workouts.

Oh...and don't do a lot of physical activity and grow old :D
