Great! I’ll pm you the pdf of the 1964 Service Notice that adjusted slightly the procedure. It’s basically the same as the FSM but more geared towards cables that have stretched a tad.I have the 64 Tech service manual
I was told type F would tighten it up/ give harder shifts. The transmission shop guy that helped me with mine said if it working right, no reason to use anything but the Dex it was supposed to run.Type F because reportedly it's a little heavier than Dex...
