Hey keuth want to help a guy troubleshoot a car in york? FBBO guy
I'm Curt from Red Lion, PA. I recently bought a nice '67 Plymouth Satellite w/'78 400cid w/Edelbrock Performer intake and 4bbl carb. Shorty Headers. Mopar Performance (Orange box) Ignition. Compression is good (and even) all 8 cylinders. Problem: Car has an unidentified miss and stumble. Apparent across the range.
I went through carb thoroughly; floats, jets, metering rods. I replaced spark plugs, cap and rotor. Still has this miss. I've been advised to look to the wires as the issue, or next step tracking the elusive miss down. Currently running Taylor Pro 8mm wires. You are highly recommended. Can you help? Do you have suggestions? Do you make-up wires? Thoughts?

Lol I’m still in the dog house. But hey, I finally figured out why.
so Saturday afternoon, I ran to the store to get some storage totes that she wanted as she sorted thru baby clothes and toys. While driving down the highway, she messages me that she had decided not to go to her friends for girls night, which she hadn’t even said a word about and admits she never said anything prior about it but I wouldn’t have cared and never have cared when she’s gone in the past.
I simply replied OK cause I was driving and thought nothing more of it. Well, Apparently I screwed up by not overriding her decision and telling her to go. she’s been mad at me ever since

I am off to have brekkie with owner of company. Him and the COO are up here this week while we hammer out terms for my retirement on Sept 1. COO made a run at me yesterday trying to get me to stay one more year. Told him to get his checkbook out! I got no desire.

Got tornado warnings for last night, at home. Looks like it blew over. One cottage was hit with lightning, total loss.
went to a nice restaurant last night. Aparrently lobster isnt my thing. Everything in my internal organs liquified. Was not a good night at all.
Not food poisoning as we split a lobster roll and other person is fine.
