Witch Valiant, is it an early with a one pot master cylinder? Or is it a different one?
Oops, good morning early risers

Are you talking early A or 67 to 72?Interested to see how the motor mounts work for you. The ones I originally ordered from RockAuto were.too thin and I had to get a more robust set to gain clearance between the headers and the steering gear box
70es and 50es sounds like fall is approaching.
I have a slant 6 motor mount i never used, I bought it 14 years ago I bet, maybe it is a thick one .

Absolutley not. 63 to 66 and then 67 to 72 are way different and then 73 to 76 are the spool mount type.Isn't the /6 mount the same 63 up threw 71 ?
Morning FABO shoppers!
I had the same problem with my 63 wagon so ended up making my own solid steel mounts. With the way the throttle linkage is on the long runner intake, I couldn't have a lot of engine movement so the steel mounts did the trick keeping it in place.Early. 64
Not bad. A lot less than I expected but more than a newer carWhat about engine vibration?
Nice intake, looking forward to seeing it all hooked up and runningI had the same problem with my 63 wagon so ended up making my own solid steel mounts. I’m more wondering if the hubs or maybe just the spindles are now worn out of from the KPI being off and that’s what’s thrashing the bearings? I just know when I was looking at build a T bucket using that same year axle, there were loads of reports of both KPI and Ackerman causing hubs to fail with certain kits. I’m a little curious too if the 37 spindles aren’t up to the task of the speeds and heat of modern traveling speeds.Yes 37-41 round back spindles. Akerman is way out from where it should, but again, 1000's of miles, and now suddenly issues. Not sure KPI, abut king pins are set. Only toe is adjustable
Man another hot humid day. I have a bunch of DP cases to paint for custom race curves and cannot do it because it is way to humid! Hate to turn the hops dryer into a paint drier!

Have to be installed by Sat in British Columbia.
Yes I read it actually. For the money worth a chance if it is the one I am thinking of.
