Here in Arkansas, we are old farts after fifty, or like me at 64 they don't call at all

Have a good one, Mikie is hungry, have my fruit and take meds, then back out here.

Old farts at fifty.... Stale farts at sixty.... :D

Good Morning All! After 6 negative tests I'm officially joining the club today, terrible timing as Uncle and Aunt have swung out our way to visit (via Alaska) AND we are supposed to go to see Roger Waters on Saturday.

Well that sucks.... Hope it's a lot of nothing for you

I saw Roger Waters in 1990....

Well it was such a beautiful night last night I had the shop door flung open and just relaxed. When it is those kind of nights I generally grab the dog and a blanket and sleep on the ground by a big willow tree we have. No dog, Hemi stayed in Ark this trip. I woke up to a windy bit of drizzle. Not enough to make me uncomfortable just enough to make me glad to be alive. It was pleasant but my body is telling me I am getting to old to sleep on the ground anymore. Finish packing today and road-trip starting tomorrow.

Hey John

Sounds like a great evening.

Yeah, I upgraded from the ground to a tent trailer.... Still no running water or commode. I'm not THAT old yet. Still enjoy those nights when I can just lay down next to the fire and doze off.

Have a safe trip.... you're racking up some serious mileage. How many more of these do you think you're going to have to make?

Probably three more trips, with every tire blow out on the trailer I upgrade to 12 ply! I now carry two spares. I guess I could quit overloading the trailer? I am heavy enough I have to go over the scales. Total PITA. But they have weigh in motion and I get flagged every time. They think I am a real truck.

First thing in the trailer was Hemis chair! Then big box followed by little ones. Kind of tuff doing it by myself. I have to be a bit creative with chains and come alongs.

I remember those days. I had a lift gate and couldn't get a freight train in the truck but the same issues apply. One of the other Mac Dealers had a winch he could hook up to drag em' into the truck.
