Good Morning Everyone. Last warm day today, 73°. Upper 40's with lows in the upper 20's coming. Not ready! Been a mad dash trying to get stuff done before this happens. Going to fall short again this year it seems.

Yeah... I think the warmer weather states and the high population ones get beat up bad. That's my only concern about having the meat processed by someone you know so you don't end up with someone else's or that they don't carve it too close to the bone.

Exactly, think i saw one on amazon for $58. Buddy at body shop has pulling equipment, rarely uses it now. So i will see if he wants to part with a clamp.
