I only did it because it didn't do the usual heal in three to four days.
I have to walk a week at Disney starting Sunday so thinking the drain was a good call.
Never done that before it wasn't bad.
Doc did say my knee x-rays looked great and have a lot of miles left and leg muscles like a rock.
Surprised with all I've done...just keep moving!!
 
I think I am going with Craig’s pain solution this evening. I got all my book cases moved and more cases of books than I want to admit. I ain’t moving em again that’s for sure! And some of you eagle eyed readers (in WV perhaps) will notice the book box’s are all labeled alpha numeric as they go in the shelf’s by author. Hah! It is the spice rack all over again! But holy smokes my back is shot! Moved it all out of storage onto trailer then off trailer and into position, all by my lonesome. I am whipped. Tito’s for the win!

Same thing I asked my wife the reader if you've read the book why do you keep it??
Ha though when we moved, I told her boxing loading unloading and placing was all hers.
I don't know but we seem to have a lot fewer books than we use to.

That is the beginning of the bar, slash library, slash pool room. I like to sit and read in a comfy chair. Not much on watching television. You would have howled today, a Guy wants to be able to hit steel at 200 yards with basic AR No optic. I told him to zero at fifty and he argued over and over I did not understand he wanted to hit at 200. I gave up.

Funny thing is, Army Zeros at 25 Meters, the qualifies out to 300 meters, using that 8/3rds plus one rule

It's been dry up here for quite a while, want it to rain so they'll lift the burn ban. Did you get much accumulation? Hate to say but we could use some rain.
