It’s amazing how two companies that do the same work can be so much different. My last employer was a joy to work for. My current one, I’d rather be fired . Is it retirement time yet?
Corporate culture... it's pretty interesting to observe. In my opinion, front office sets the tone and reinforces the shitty actions and attitudes.

Just a quick drive by for me, we are forming up cap on foundation and my electrical guy got in a dust up with plumbers and walked off the job yesterday. normal contractor chaos. TTFN
I used delay brew a couple times. Kind of handy but I don't use it daily.
Classic ... Hatfields and McCoys. At least the carpenter didn't get in the middle of it.
I haven't recently though my coffee maker has that function. Years ago I had one of those makers that grinds whole beans and brews. Loved waking to the sound of the grinder down in the kitchen.
Hell no , my game camera, or pictures from in the house looking out a window is as close to them I can get, I have woke up early and spooked about ten bedded down on the north side of my shop, no cameras there, nope, these dear are smarter then that here
now I'm #3 on the list for the Dakota. This isn't going to happen I bet. I'll keep looking for a truck.
