Stop in for a cup of coffee

Speaking of a Dakota, what a PIA a plastic radiator is to remove, dam AC condeser has teo 10MM bolts on the bottom with like a nut in a plastic u shaped housing that spins and one snapped. Hot knifed the bitches off. Any one know if the replacement radiators have them in there?

Corporate culture... it's pretty interesting to observe. In my opinion, front office sets the tone and reinforces the shitty actions and attitudes.
Typically yes. That’s what I would expect, but honesty, in this case, it’s middle management. Particularly my direct report. He can’t handle stress or pressure and goes from zero to 100, 100 being total freak the f&&k out mode, instantly.

You looking to by a truck Toolman ?
I thought you had a Dakota?
Yep, looking for another truck. My 96 4 wheeler is rusting away in the wrong places. The Dakota I found has been well cared for and in real nice shape.

Good luck on the search, hope you find one that the owner has not jacked the price up on or jacked around on repairs in the past

Looks like we may get some sunshine today. Never did see it yesterday and for a good part of the day we had moisture falling from the sky that wasn't big enough to be considered rain, but enough to have to hit the wiper button on occasion  .

Good morning everyone. Apparently we have one more day to ease into the colder weather. Still not bad, windy and little rain. I will take it

Do you grind your own beans?

Just picked up a double-wall stainless steel press. Nice to have on the desk as it keeps the coffee hot for a while
Lately get most already ground. But if I get better coffee I usually buy whole bean. Here’s what I use.
