I think he's asking about what they might sell for to the right person, IF it has't been molested. In that condition its a gamble. Reluctor is unique, secondary spring is AKAIK unique.

Well, the box is off and so is the cab. That took pretty much 5 hours. Next is remove cab from s-10. And make stude a roller.
 
The top is done. Only the rest left to do!!

If I start typing in CAPS it's because the Air/Noise show has returned :realcrazy: I thought I had it covered by being out of the house, but they returned with the Fuelers and brought friends. IT" A LITTLE LOUD IN HERE! :lol:
 
Ran into hornets while buzzing up the wood pile, was using my tractor/grapple and started a swarm. Tried working off the other end of the pile but kept moving the middle of the pile so didn't get that much cut. Will wait until cold or evening and try again.

Evening.

Somehow I survived the weekend. But most everything else around me didn’t.

Clogged combine-check
Busted hydraulic hoses-check
Broken pto shaft on Combine-check
Broken Auger pto shaft 15 minutes later- check
Minor electrical shock- check(in the massive winds we had, somehow the line from the electric fence charger came free and was rear against the side of a steel sided building and when unknowing I grabbed handle to open the door, I took a 200 mile zap to the left arm. OUCH)

Nope. <9 percent moisture. It’s been incredibly dry. We wanted to run 3 weeks ago but had to do a massive combine overhaul.

This is the auger that broke today. Just a ujoint came flying apart. Had a spare(my dart slant 6 904 one actually fit it perfect).

The pto shaft on the combine head, it’s toast, sheered in two. Hoping John Deere can get us one quick. If not, I’m gonna see if the local machine shop can make us one

Pulled the old transmission out of the car. The new one is NOT a 904...or at least it appears that the tailshaft housing is not. ID number on the transmission is a 65 Slant 6 HD Valiant and the housing accepts the pushbutton but it is several inches longer :BangHead:

So I'm a dolt for not recognizing that but everything from the bell housing back to that point is totally correct.
