that sucks
Think Wisconsin gets pretty cold as well but hope it's a mild winter for us both Eric.Yuck! can't like that Fred
Yea damn deer will do that just glad you can still drive it home. Hope it's minimal damage.446 mile round trip... 14 miles from the house ... F'n scraggly doe suicides the truck... locked it up so only 35 or 45 mph on impact. Mostly plastic damage that popped out. Might have broken off a clip inside by the fog light.
Went back to check the deer and it was standing on the side of the road... couldn't get a shot at it to put it down before it hobbled into the woods.

Kids pitched in together and bought me 8 tractor seats. I received them yesterday and went and bought some 7/8 bolts and nuts today for the swivel part. I'm a blessed dad to have good kids.

Hope it turns out good Chris I got a pile of work to mount the seats but I am having a good time. That's looking amazing Fred. So cool
Been there done that many times. Hope you can get it secure enough. Damn new cars are getting harder to fix.Thanks... two plastic studs that hold metal clips for another internal plastic piece appear to be the only irreparable casualties... it's inside so I'll just figure out a way to secure them from rattling
Set that up there to get the plate for the bottom of the tractor seat dimensions But yea for sure no body will fall off. LMAOLooks great Fred! But....um. with the bolts standing up like this, at least nobody will fall off, if you can find passengers

Shocking! If they are really bad they get charged!
Shocking!
Primer dry is most of the time 3 hours but depends on temp and how many coats and the brand of primer.Primer was too soft to sand. Will finish it tomorrow. Close though
Wow , glad to hear not to much damage .446 mile round trip... 14 miles from the house ... F'n scraggly doe suicides the truck... locked it up so only 35 or 45 mph on impact. Mostly plastic damage that popped out. Might have broken off a clip inside by the fog light.

Yes, its dirty. This will be the last time i do any bodywork on anything new-ish, unless its my own. The old stuff, thicker metal seems to be my preference. And i will stick with rat rod style. Other than the barracuds, dart and buddy’s pickup. And my power wagon..Primer dry is most of the time 3 hours but depends on temp and how many coats and the brand of primer.
I don't know Frank I'm done I think doing body work on the new cars and tired of the dust after doing it since I was a young kid
Well once again taking the road less traveled paid off huge. I wandered my way up On the hill to @memike shop. Holy smokes did we have a good time. Great whiskey, the obligatory pub crawl down town, we fired Victoria up. Killed at least one bottle of Crown, lost truck keys in plain sight, shot a million games of pool. I think I won one when he scratched on 8 ball! And of course Trevia had to drive us (she is the best). Just a great visit and great folks! But full disclosure, I did not feel 100% next day! I was a little rough around the edges for sure!

Well my bar is getting more refined! I am proud owner of a pool table thanks to @memike ! His buddy sold me a very nice table, of course it took three of us to load it in the truck in multiple pieces. When I got it home I played my old fat and lazy card and just rolled the whole thing out by myself! My Dad and I leveled it and broke it in.
