There may be a more effective way to destroy a transmission, but I can't think of any at the moment.It didn't help that she didn't use the brakes between reverse and drive when she backed out of the driveway... She just slammed it from R to D...
That might be more like a job for a buzz saw or a band saw blade for slicing from Highland Woodworking.

When I have a bigger place, dust collection will be a part of the setup.

Yeah. You'll want some horsepower and a decent sized blade. I'd watch for an older, cast iron saw with a good sized deck and fence
