You just saved them from some recycling dumpster.
Most likely right, she had a few nice Chevy parts there also, two carb small block intake, new battery and one new carb, but she was holding them for a person that seen her rummage sale add, I got there first and grabbed them up, she didn't advertise them so I beat everyone there, first there. Her ex was on a plain to new York about two months before the sale, my wife was with me and they talked a bit, and bought an old lamp she had in her house.

Left home for 5 hours and you guys just screwed around and got nothing done while I was gone!!!!
Your my kinda guys scoot your butts over and pass the bottle.

Getting little to nothing done. Cleaning up for Studebaker to come in.

I took another scenic tour just before the weather got here. Strawberry Lake, Cauliflower Lake, and Broccoli Lake are the fullest I have ever seen them. It's not like the farmers just let it happen. There are levees and low flow channels with drainage culverts in between each field. Water supply just overwhelmed the final culvert. They now have a 3 mile long reservoir and no crops to irrigate.

Got a present in the mail today so a big thanks to memike for the pig.

just sitting on the radiator cap but if attached to it I'd raise it up a bit.

Now to another note. A dozen eggs here just hit 5.25!!! Store brand, Guess I’m going back to raising chickens again.

And I did find something interesting.

For 2 pounds of chicken boneless breast, store brand, it’s 21.79!! But I noticed a 7 pound full chicken, 8.73$ . So I bought it and we roasted it in the oven, my daughter who doesn’t like chicken that much, loved it and couldn’t get enough. So I’m buying a few of those today.

And the same daughter is on adhd meds, apparently there’s a worldwide shortage now and it’ll be 12 weeks at a minimum… and yes, that includes all the different types. So it’s gonna be interesting at schools coming up very soon.

And I got an email from the bank, no new debit cards for a while, there’s a material shortage to make the magnetic strips and rfid chips.

In other words, the supply chain isn’t getting any better. Damn

Well if ya believed our local weather forecasters last night, Noah and his gang would be stoppin' by soon to see if there were any indigenous critters he missed in the next few days. Ya know, maybe some California Condors or sumthin'. I just saw the crescent moon a few minutes ago and the radar showed about 30 minutes worth of fun out to sea about 4 hours. After that, who knows.

Same here!

Finally got a nice day. 54 right now with sun and almost no breeze. Was kinda nasty what that front came through here. Got lots of wind and a few tornadoes but damage wasn't too bad. Was 80 here day before yesterday though. Too hot for this time of year but I'll take it vs 20 degrees like it was a couple of weeks ago.

10 weight, isn't it? I know the stuff for the newer cars is less.....
2.25 here at the farm for jumbos! Dont crack them. then they go up.
