So I will give an update. We have had workers here renewing all of the tile around the property and painting the house and much more. Including bathroom fixtures, I can't even remember all that has been done. There has been 10 men here on the job for 12 days. Also have a man here who is an artist painting murals on the walls. You people in America would not believe how inexpensive all of this is.

Back breaking work, I laid Tile two years, mixed mud as a tile setters helper for a year, I was a young 19 year old. I would like watching that artist, he looks like he enjoys it Mitch 
Of course, as most women would do in America or anywhere else in the world, she had to have a party here yesterday to show all of her friends how pretty it all is now. Lol

And then, it is a tradition in Vietnam that you have your house cleaned before Tet. There were five people here today cleaning everything including everything inside of the house and everything outside of the house all the tile ,the bathrooms ,the walls, the curtains came down and were washed. Hand scrubbed all of the new tile outside and inside of the house. Five people were here for 12 hours today. Cost about 75 bucks. Crazy for sure
