Good morning :D

Lookin good! What is the water next to the house? Like pond or moving?
I have pictures and videos of before and after in my phone. I will post those in a few days. But it is amazing how much work they did here. Actually looks like a brand new house
I thought it was fairly new. Is the retention wall older than the house? Is everything above grade there? Built on slab or what kind of foundation?
And then, it is a tradition in Vietnam that you have your house cleaned before Tet. There were five people here today cleaning everything including everything inside of the house and everything outside of the house all the tile ,the bathrooms ,the walls, the curtains came down and were washed. Hand scrubbed all of the new tile outside and inside of the house. Five people were here for 12 hours today. Cost about 75 bucks. Crazy for sure
Did that include a complimentary PP cleaning for Master Mitchyson? LOL

Well, got to drive deeper in to the country side and check an estate auction near by, looks like 18 miles north on the ridge.
Hope everyone has a great day today, and Mitch gets some sleep tonight in the sports room

Sounds like fun. Keep your eye out for old whiskey and bourbon bottles. (with juice in them of course)

We had a light frost this morning, the sun has burned it off, picture looking south east as I leave out .

Will do just for you, I would love to find something here in northeast Arkansas you would like brother
There's a You tube whisky guy that goes by Dusty Dan that finds some old "dusty" bottles. I was on his livestream the other night and won a sample from a old bottle from the 60's.

Well, trimming the bush yesterday didn't help much. Squirrel soup is the answer!

I try to stay away from cities and towns in general. If I get my property set up the way I want too, I’m hoping to only go into town for gas once a month

There is a narrow canal right on the side of my property by one of the exterior walls. There is a controlled gate from there to the canal which is directly across the street from my house. The canal across the street from my house is much wider. Last year on the 26th of February a young man was driving drunk on the front road missed the narrow drive next to the small canal and drove into the canal and died there.. very sad

Morning, cold and snowing here, finishing up my oatmeal and on to the coffee.

I recall you saying that, but didn't realize your 'compound' was against the canal.

Yeah, I posted a picture of the guy laying in the canal last year in February. But it's not in my phone anymore. She found it and didn't like it and deleted it. Lol
