I use a slinky on the pole, worked pretty well until a racoon tried to climb up .:BangHead:

I woke up at 3 this morning. Got up to rain on someone's parade and went back to bed but was wide awake so got up and got into my easy chair and turned on the TV but kept falling asleep. Go figure. Did the same thing a few nights ago....

Those are some very smart critters....Been trying to get rid of some on my property, digging under my pavers......

Watched that awhile back. I put food out for the squirrels and the birds come and steal it lol. Have one squirrel that comes looking for me if there's nothing out and she comes right up to me. Both of us got surprised by a hawk the other day and geez, that thing was big! Surprised the hawk too it looked like. He was going to hang around to see if he was going to get another chance but chased his arse away and my little buddy was back within 5 minutes for more pecans.

Son and his wife are here. I scrambled a dozen eggs this morning. And made 2lbs of bacon and hash browns. I always make more bacon than needed so I have some ready to go for other meals.
