Stop in for a cup of coffee

Just the it starts after a bit being off is a serious clue to me. Bet he put in a new MP dist/ecu kit. They will be fine at speed and break up lower when they start to go out.

What about this?

LOL just posted that one. Think it is newer never saw one all black on top before. Depends what you want they really are designed to be race only if you use the matched ballast, on the street they need at leas a .8 ohm so they do not overheat.

Willie There is alot more to ECU's than most think. Different RPM ranges and most importantly match the ballast for max performance. The chrome ones are good for 10.5K with a .25 ballast give it a .8 ballast around 7k but you can drive it on the street then without burning up.

One day I will do a HOW TO on them with a overwhelming amount of testing information with matched and mis matched ballast resistors and ECU temps. Seriously alot of info.

Tike there is a 49 Whizzer for sal that looks pretty good on Marketplace for 1500. Can be a fast flip at a show I would think.

I try to stay away from the odd stuff like that. Finding someone who wants a Whizzer can be risky. The money is in the small dirt bikes 125cc and down. Honda's and Yamaha's especially. I was at that show in York yesterday....I can't believe the prices.

I think it might be time to sell that Triuph Terrier, have no idea what that one is worth at all being a prototype.

My buddy has a restored Whizzer bike, spent a lot of time/money on it, he never even took it for a spin, sits in his collection. I have a 78 Yamaha Chappy that my dad bought new, been a long time since I had that out for a spin

The new paint stripper is garbage compared to the old. Don't use it much so not a big deal for me.
You ever try easy-off oven cleaner? I use it for degreasing engine parts, blocks mostly. The stuff you use without having to turn oven on.
