Just curious for those that have done it.. i was planning on going with a drdiff disc brake conversion (2 pot MC, factory brake parts) You guys find manual to be good enough? I used to drive manual drum cars but it's been 20+ years.. I think with the drdiff kit i can keep my 14" rims til i switch to 15's later also...

Read the fine print to see if you can still maintain the 14s.

I run manual drums all the way around, as does Dad. I have no issues for the types of driving I do. If more traffic or spirited driving, I would go disc, but no need for power for me.

Yeah.. i am almost considering staying drums.. but i am going to be taking it all apart anyway and have to replace everything so might as well just do it all. I wish he made a kit to use the drum spindles.. seems silly to replace the knuckles and all.. but whatever.

curious as there can't be many of those out there

Well day two trying to buy a new chain saw. On brighter side watching my two K9s work a rabbit this morning was very cool. As far as I know the first time they have tag teamed prey together. If you bet on the cotton tail you would have lost your money. They did not run side by side but split up like coyotes and the rabbit never had a chance. Game set match to the Mal pup. She is dining on the rabbit as we speak and quite proud of herself.
