Wind and rain today, now 25mph will build to 31mph. I'm hoping to watch the race in the dirt at Bristol this afternoon but may get called out, hope not!

Morning Pete hope your Easter with your family is a good one.
Got two new records yesterday, one from a thrift shop West, Bruce, and Laing. Short time lived for this band and members are more well known for groups Mountain and Cream. Haven't heard side 2 yet, a 1973 album. Also got Ozzy Osbourne's newer album, think a 2022 release that has the late Jeff Beck on it, it's a double album.

Just got back from Easter service. There used to be a parish church about a mile away. It was moved to a different location in the 80’s but still has the concrete steps with a granite alter. Every Easter there is an out door service at sunrise, they take a break when the sun comes so those can take pics up by alter. About 250 people

Fried ham and taters for Easter brekkie! Yummy. Slow morning out this way but sunny and warm. Should be quiet as most businesses are closed today around these parts.

72° today the fog rolled in about sunset yesterday, challenging just to see across the street. It's spring time, the wind is sposed to be blowin' 
. Friday was the memorial service for my brat in law's Dad, outdoor event and it was 61°. The service was held in Smitty's Barn, Smitty is a former MLB pitcher that grew up here in the valley and he and the brat's family are pretty tight. Terry was part of the baseball community in the valley since he was old enough to play. Coached at all the valley high schools at one time or another along with Babe Ruth and little league. The last players he coached from one of the high schools were doing the serving at the BBQ buffet 
. Very memorable. Smitty has a bar built into the barn sign above the bar says "My barn. My rules".
