Stop in for a cup of coffee

I shouldnt talk. That one I bought from Jegs was a POS for sure. alot of stuff had to be corrected. I will never buy a thing from them again.
I only tried to buy from jegs one time.. i ordered $4k in small block ford parts.. a single tube of assembly lube showed up.. rest was back order. Never again.

Took like 5 months to get it. Total nightmare, delivered in a 18-wheeler, guy turned around on the front lawn, got stuck it was a bit damp. Took the tractor and tried no go. Dean came down with his backhoe and pushed it got it moving guy just leaves no thank you or anything. Un crate it the coolant fittings are sheared off and painted over. Noticed a bolt in the filler tube hole in the pan. Take the pan off half the gasket was inside. Holy crap call them. They sent me a $25 gift card, no fittings and a chevy T shirt. Finally, after 5 calls they figured out what the fittings were and send them too me a few weeks late. Holy crap I am scared to put it in. Get the warranty extended at least. Put it in slips, bands were not adjusted right. Fix that seems okish. Still wary on it hardly any miles on it. Never again. Think it was $1800.

I did not have a core to build mine was literally cracked in half. Figured 400 for a core then the parts, screw it get a built one for 500hp right! Never again.

Bought some early rebuild distributors from a member from a closed parts store. I have to get a pic in a few when I go to the shop. Holy crap to me they need a rebuild, Painted silver and they are early cast iron ones. Over the tags also!

Another one I get back ordered alot on is USA-1. They have DP leads I buy but the last two times a few week wait. Tony's parts you have to watch out for.

Too bad Lon isn't closer to you guys.
Lon? This is the only Lon I know.

Jay's Bike Shop in Barstow, bicycles, not the other kinda bikes, had one wall completely covered in hot rod parts. They kept some in stock and had connections for all the others to order.

I had to "unwatch" that thread. Way too many notifications to look at.

Found a couple lights i can use for backup lamps. Nos mopar from a monaco or something. They are front signal lights that are rubber mounted. Clear lenses, good enough.
