Geezz... John Oliver last night did a thing about people living with HOA's... what a hellscape.. when i bought my house i made sure it wasn't in a sub so i would never deal with a HOA

Can be, I'm in one but it's pretty much to raise money with fees to maintain our road, 1 mile paved but it wasn't always. I've heard of some crazy rules/prices, we are at $500 per year.

That's not bad but some of these stories.. just **** all that.. paying for a house to have some old *** karens telling me how to live..no thanks.

 
Just ordered carpet for the car.. ended up going with black... i would like the dark gray but know i would just end up with greasy footprints all over it.

I can't buy them for my car.... i have a seamstress 2 doors down that is supposed to help me do the seats but i don't thnk it's gonna happen... gonna end up with some shitty buckets :( A upholstry place told me they would start at 2k to recover my originals

1962 belvedere split bench... problem is 62 was 1 year only, you can't buy **** for these cars :( and i don't believe the 63-65 are the same.. i brought in my door panels to fix warpage and clean/repair i'm lucky my stuff is good enough to reuse
