Stop in for a cup of coffee

I. Can’t. Stop.
Pulled the matching wheels, i will need to widen them like i did the front wheels. Mounted one, doesnt look right, and im sure it won’t handle very well. That’s fine, just cant put them on today.
Kinda figured you won't slow down.

For gits and shiggles i listed the Barracuda. Hasnt been an hour and someone is interested in it . Thought i would like to get 45 for it and listed it for 55.

Well, if you're selling I hope you get at least a finished Studebaker's worth and a pocket full of walking around money

Hope you guys are having a good day.. i put my front windows in.. passenger one went in easy and goes up and down nice.. drivers was a bastard and sticks.. and... i broke one of the star washers.. any chance someone might have one or 2 layingaround? Fought with it for like 10 mins then 2 tabs snapped off :(

Hard to find I'm guessing.

Snap on. Seriously, I got the entire set and it’s worth it. I twisted several brands t40 bits trying to get the t56 apart. One snap on and it doesn’t even look like it’s ever been used. Course it was like 36 bucks for the one but but the entire set was 180
I'm mostly using small sizes. Like T25 and smaller. They actually gave us each a set of Wiha security torx bits at work. Really good quality. I might get a set of them with screwdriver handles in same brand.

Git's and shiggles? I have been called a t-rarded lass icker before.:rofl:

2005 F150 XL. Manual everything on this. The only remote opening would be throwing something thru the window.
Somehow I acquired a professional lockout kit. Has probably 15 tools in it, including a bag that is thin and you pry the opening up enough on the edge of the door and stick the bag in there then you pump it up. Then you get more access with the tools to reach through the opening. Have used it several times works pretty good

Let's see, it's a full frame door so they would use a wedge between the cab and the weatherstrip to open the gap and then a inflatable bag to open it further. If it's manual locks you should be able to hook the inside door handle. I don't know if the Ford's will open when locked that way. Otherwise they would use a Slim Jim between the glass and the weatherstrip on the outside and trip the lock mechanism.
I guess I didn't read far enough to see that post Mike. But that's exactly how we do it.

I kept one in stock most of the time. When someone "needs" one I was the guy they came to.

Well, I made it home safely with the stepdaughter and her new baby and Mom. It was raining cats and dogs, but got here safely. It's amazing how you think about things differently driving wise when you have a baby on board. The only thing I forgot to buy today was some ear plugs for the crying that I may hear. Lol. Three or four beers before bed may solve that.

Glad to hear you made it ok !

Good morning guys. All packed and about ready to go up north to see mom for mother's day. There today and back tomorrow aft. Short trip, 4.5 hrs drive each way, but it will be nice. Marie locked the keys in her truck. Locksmith wants $115. Then after hour of trying to find an available person, they say sorry can't help. Then call and for $142, someone is available. I was so mad. I can buy a whole new door for less. So I told her I would smash the window and go get a new door and still leave on time. Needless to say, I didn't and key keys are still locked in.
Dent puller and pull the door lock out. Stick your finger in the hole. no lube needed. Pop the lock.

Only problem with those are don't over inflate the bag. You end up racking the door frame.
Pump it up I can do that. NOOO Problem!

More common than you would think.
Auveco, Nuts and Fasteners.com, and I'm sure some other places.
Also BJ's offroad as they were used on FSJ's for the tailgate window and some oher applications I'm forgetting.
Since your in Mich, check DMT to see if they stock 'em.

Yes I'll be around.

Coming back this way I ended up on Hunting Park Ave as the on ramp for the Roosevelt Blvd looked to be closed.
