Same here woke up kind of early. Hey you have any problems with valve cover leaks?
Mine are chrome MP stamped steel. I use cork gaskets glued to the covers. Key is , not to overtighten them.I am pretty sure I have one on the pass side. Hard to tell though. I put new wire looms on that side and it seems I have a oil leak now. Stamped covers and a cork gasket. Ever use the steel core thicker ones?

Morning Ray. We've got 32 family members meeting at my Sons Restaurant for Mothers Day Meal. Finally quit raining here long enough for me to get the grass cut yesterday.Morning all. Going to a pot luck brunch. Wife family. Think I will go the easy way just stop at local bakery and pick up some pastry. Still raining. Supposed to clear later.

They should have more of a brownish look if burning clean. Those are the plugs that were in from the get go, since I have re jetted the carb and hotter plugs sounds so much better. Need to take it for a ride to make sure. Got to get the oil leak fixed first it goes right on the header.

Did that to an old 70 Mach 1 big block my nephew had back in the day. Otherwise jack up the motor on passenger side to get to them. Screw thatI think when the motor is out again to do the engine compartment I will be drilling holes in the wheel well to get to the plugs.
