Won't be home to weigh on Sat. I'll be on Vacation in Hoppyland
That's exactly what I had in mind. The remnants of the old crimping has the ends of the tubing looking terrible. I'll post a pic later. I figure I'll either cut the worst bit off or squeeze a tube in there and braze it tight.Anders - what you may want to do is braze on threaded connectors and then plumb the system
well - if the trend continues - you'll be at 200 before the weekend is overWon't be home to weigh on Sat. I'll be on Vacation in Hoppyland

Maybe chrome? Most of the visible plumbing done in showers and toilets is chromed copper tubing.copper is a neat look - I ran copper lines for oil on my bike
that has to feel good - - no one else's stuff to a$$ with..Headed out to the Shop to work on the Mitch Mobile !!
Need some flex in there. Copper all the way will probably crack from engine movementMaybe chrome? Most of the visible plumbing done in showers and toilets is chromed copper tubing.
When I rebuilt the transmission for my D250 Cummins, the trans cooling lines were rusted to the point of breakage. And they are 1/2 od !!!. Not available from the dealer anymore. So I bought a coil of 1/2 copper and flared and bent them into position myself. No leaks yet in a year and a half. In my case, they travel pretty far from the radiator before they are clamped tight to the trans.Need some flex in there. Copper all the way will probably crack from engine movement
true enough - some braided lines and solid motor mounts will resolve that..Need some flex in there. Copper all the way will probably crack from engine movement
Yup, saw that. I'm going myself for what they call a Lifeline Screening next month, where they check the carotid artery, and circulation , and blockages.**** - RRR's (Rob) wife Kitty had a stroke - there is a thread if you haven't seen it Please pray for Kitty.

Yeah, It's not even at the my doctors office. I did it a few years ago. I usually get something in the mail every other year. It's group of medical professionals that provide the service, and they travel around. Usually to a local church or civic center of some kind. Cost is around 140. They are coming to a Church very near me in June. Worth it I think. Since I eat bad and smoke cigars (no inhale tho)not much scares me - this stuff sure enough does... I may have to check into that
are you really smoking it if you don't inhale Mr. President?Yeah, It's not even at the my doctors office. I did it a few years ago. I usually get something in the mail every other year. Coiled is 'soft' copper. It will flex, but not really intend for repeat movement. also, trans lines are closer to the mounts, so less movement. Still might be ok. I'd suggest leaving a loop in it, but he's trying to minimize...When I rebuilt the transmission for my D250 Cummins, the trans cooling lines were rusted to the point of breakage.
