Stop in for a cup of coffee

Anders - what you may want to do is braze on threaded connectors and then plumb the system
That's exactly what I had in mind. The remnants of the old crimping has the ends of the tubing looking terrible. I'll post a pic later. I figure I'll either cut the worst bit off or squeeze a tube in there and braze it tight.

Doing the rear today Mike?
It is locked up in my friends shop with the lift , he went to Florida to see his mom last Friday, he should be home any day now .

Good morning group!
Good morning Chief, have a full day today ?
Good Morning Again All !! Mitch is stuffing his Face now !
I bet it's good... I just warmed up the skillet and started a big slice of country cut ham, so eggs, ham and toast for sugar britches this morning :D I will not have any toast :( I miss it :(

Need some flex in there. Copper all the way will probably crack from engine movement
When I rebuilt the transmission for my D250 Cummins, the trans cooling lines were rusted to the point of breakage. And they are 1/2 od !!!. Not available from the dealer anymore. So I bought a coil of 1/2 copper and flared and bent them into position myself. No leaks yet in a year and a half. In my case, they travel pretty far from the radiator before they are clamped tight to the trans.

**** - RRR's (Rob) wife Kitty had a stroke - there is a thread if you haven't seen it Please pray for Kitty.
Yup, saw that. I'm going myself for what they call a Lifeline Screening next month, where they check the carotid artery, and circulation , and blockages.

I eat a lot of (not so good for ya) food !!

Yeah, It's not even at the my doctors office. I did it a few years ago. I usually get something in the mail every other year. It's group of medical professionals that provide the service, and they travel around. Usually to a local church or civic center of some kind. Cost is around 140. They are coming to a Church very near me in June. Worth it I think. Since I eat bad and smoke cigars (no inhale tho)

Coiled is 'soft' copper. It will flex, but not really intend for repeat movement. also, trans lines are closer to the mounts, so less movement. Still might be ok. I'd suggest leaving a loop in it, but he's trying to minimize...

This was my breakfast this morning, yes, at my age and most here it is time to think about it and eat better. This no cook day for me, I could not make myself eat eggs again this morning :(.... I miss my bread but it has taken a full size off mt pants, my doc was right about bread
