No way my friends are making it this year. Last year they talked about making plans for this year. That didn’t work out. We will see what happens for next year. I’m not holding my breath :lol:
 
I wonder...could I get the Charger done in time to take that out there? Next year? Hmmmmm. I would pick Bonneville of Carlisle

My dad raced lakesters at El Mirage before I was born. All the years we lived out there we never went to watch and it was closer than going to Irwindale Raceway :lol: There was something covered up under the work bench when I was very young and he never did show me. Turns out it was his bored and stroked Flathead from his lakester. I think he was afraid I would get the hot rod bug. :lol:

Goodmorning!
Nice morning, a little shot of rain so today will be a little muggy. Not so hot for the next 4 days.
This damn sciatica doesent seem to want to let go. Getting tons of advice, just wish some if it was helpful. Didnt get to the Firbird yesterday, decided to mow a path around perimeter of my yard,roughly 3000 feet. Fixed my power rake and ran it over the rough spots. I want it kind of smooth so i can mow it short.

Cooled off in evening, went out and started trimming trees, filled the dump trailer,and puppy got a workout. Good dog, doesent run off. Yet.

You are getting some things done which is good. Hopefully you can be back to soon. What kind of puppy? Hopefully you get lucky and it always wants to stick around.

Thats what we are hoping for. And she doesent mind car rides. Favorite spot is the center console in the avalanche.

Does she go into lock on mode if a rabbit or squirrel enters her perimeter??
 
Will be a relationship test this weekend, picked up our new gazebo. Wife asked why i didnt unload it onto deck. I said it was 400 lbs as a guess. Call me a liar for 17 lbs. was 383.

Kindof feels good to be back to the world of almost regular schedule.

Of course I sign in the AM and the system takes me to yesterday morning. LOL.
Soon realized it was Thursday morning posts!

Havent been there yet. Takes an interest in birds. Was a squirrel in tree,she had no idea what was making all that noise.

A few more days, then its august. 15th we leave for BC to get on a cruise ship. Alaskan cruise.
