Stop in for a cup of coffee

Unplanned... the State store has limited availability item days... today was one of those days. They have 6 or.7 whiskies and you can only buy one.
That's a good thing that you are able to get a hard to get bottle or two. We have the same deal with the state. They will never get out of the booze business because it is such a cash cow. 30-50% mark up. Little do they know, if they would get out of the business, they could still tax it without all the warehouses, employees, and all the b/s that goes along with all that. We get some highly allocated bottles but usually just a few cases between all the stores in the state. They have a lottery for the retailers and the retailers have a lottery to give the end users a chance to buy. I still have been following the barrel/store picks. I can usually taste them before I buy and the more they sell, the more picks happen. Win/Win!

Let me rephrase…….. I am not a bourbon or whiskey drinker. Maybe I have never tried the right one
I drank Black Velvet and Sprite for decades. Now all my bourbons ryes, and Irish are all drank neat. It's a whole other world.

The 383 lb gazebo got unloaded, box flipped right side up on a pallet and opened so i could find instructions. Took all of an hour, forklift, tractor and 2 pallets. Nothing damaged yet.

Wow! Storms popped up fast. Heading this way. Tornado warnings 30 miles away.

And here is the final product. Took me a little longer than I thought to doctor it up. But now I'm digging in.
