Stop in for a cup of coffee

I know, how can they be ribs if they are boneless? Boneless Beef Ribs is what the package said. On the smoker at 1pm. They might be done by 5. Treat them like a brisket, just salt and pepper and smoke to 203° internal temp.

Got the seats bolted up with the risers, much better. It will work for now when I go back down to NC and then when done put the carpet in and the seats one last time.

It was 91 in the shop with the fan on and doors closed, little warm.

My first car was a 65 Dart 270 post car with the 235 horse 273 and a 3 on the tree. Such a odd combination. Now I find out there were only around a dozen made in that combo. When I decided to get back into the Mopar hobby I was looking for a 64. I like them best of all the 63-66 years. My 66 came up for sale and was 45 min away and although it wasn't a 64, it checked all the boxes.

We were just talking about this earlier today. I got a notification that Ulf liked a post and a few posts before were the production numbers for my old car.
1 of 4. Damn I wish I had kept that one. Wrecked or not it could have been rebuilt. I drove it 5 miles home after the crash.

Speaking of mileage, I just checked my Colorado. City/Hwy I got 19.75. Not bad at all.

If you have a drill press, stick it in there for the push. Drill stays off though,ok? Saves the pushing if you like heavy grease.
As far as old grease goes, i’d use it as long as its not contaminated. Fact of the matter is, its probably bettter than what you buy today. Make sure its not just chassis grease. Rated for disc brake hubs is best. That chimeing enough?

I just got back from a party. This party was for our friends daughter who turned 16 last year. They wanted to build her a vehicle that she can take off roading. So after a year of keeping it a secret from her (she thought they were building it for someone else) and she helped all year working on it. Along with about 10 of us. We had it finished and gave it to her today. A bunch of us pitched in and bought parts for it and put in alot of labor of the past year.
This is the final product.

The rubber bands go around the metal retainer clips for the Calipers. Supposedly it keeps vibration and noise down.....

Love It !!! Love those early square body Jeeps. I actually had a 1990 Jeep Comanche Pick Up for a while. Got rid of it after TOO much Rust....
