I agree after having to replace the heads and all the new parts, it is a new 1966 Hemi. I think it will be a crime to paint the beautiful aluminum heads.

I ran small air cleaners on a 327 dual quad I had. No drawbacks except they get dirty faster. See if you can get the foam wrapping for them. will keep the larger stuff out.
