How did my Ortho describe it??? "Chronic overuse " I think.
Some would end up overusing the chronic.
Kettlebell only goes to 40lbs and the dumbells to 52lbs.... don't need any more than that

Yep, the MRI basically says shoulder is trash. Doc asks what the heck did you do to this thing. I respond nothing really just using it, no dramatic injury or anything. Used it on a lot of doors and fellow hockey players tho! It has been a good shoulder, hate to part with it.
Over did the thirsty part last night. lol
My favorite was... "The head of your femur looks like it was beat on by a ball peen hammer. Does it hurt?"
I wasn't in the mood last night. I was a good boy!

Sprayed the bees in Duster frame last night, but still some activity. Saw them going in a different spot. So, have to give another shot tonight.

i hate LED lights sooo much... they kill my eyes everytime a new car with them comes towards me

Yup.. those are the ones that blind people.... the whole blue/bright white light thing sucks for other drivers..
Can buy Borax (The soap) at walmart for like $3.50 for a big box.. i pour a line around my house every spring and never have any bugs get in... it's based on boric acid.. just cheaper and easy to get..

My automatic highhbeams work really good. Only a couple times I hit the switch by accident and I am sure opposing traffic was not pleased.

These guys haven't been too agressive, so not exactly sure what they are. Regardless, they gotta go!
so.. the only suregrip i have has 4.57 gears.. which are just too much on the street for me to listen to (thinking back to how much my 3.91s in my challenger ended up annoying me)..
Am thinking of putting in 3.55s (it's a 742 case) i have set lash on a carrier before but not changed the R&P.. only thing i'm curious about does the pinion gear have to be pressed on or are they just a tight fit? Don't have a press...

Thirsty Thursday. Even the Hummingbird is thirsty today. I was lucky enough to catch a flash of his ruby throat.

I had a Camry loaner a few years ago after my Magnum got banged up. It had automatic highs. Not nearly as responsive as the CX-30 and the pattern didn't seem right.

Good morning everyone. So. For those who missed my post last night.
So demon is back to hot steering column and now it shifts when I turn. Literally cant hold the column shifter in the detent, it moves with the steering shaft. Think i melted the lower bushing from the header tube? Ans why is it hot? Just drove this 100 miles with no issues, now in the middle of a cuise last night it started axting up. WTF!!
