I was talking with my lawyer today, he was telling me about this case several years back where a buyer of a car off eBay tried to sue the seller after only getting a picture of the car he thought he was buying. Guy took a picture of a car, put it on fleabay, bidding went nuts and it sold for supposedly around 20K. Description on it just said “what you see is what you get”. In this case, after the defense brought in psychologist to testify, the jury decided to rule in the favor of the seller. The lesson was what he posted was a picture and that’s what you getAsk for more pictures before buying
