ohhh... I don't care what the white man say - Santa Claus was a black man.. sing it with me ya'all!!! ohhh... I don't care what the white man say - Santa Claus was a black man...

Hey guys, before you all go to work, do I need to replace the cylinder head gasket I removed when I cc:ed my engine?

It says "Fitzco U.S.A 010131". Rather thin, about 0.040". Metal-something-metal.
I used Mopar Steel Shim head gaskets on mine , so I could keep the compression up. Only .020 thick. Good enough for the Factory...Good enough for me...

So all 5/16 with the 1/2 in head? I can definitely hook you up have a lot of it from the belve if you want used oem.

I'm not doing an OEM resto so I'd happily go with new fasteners but I'll take what you've got.
I've got an assortment of odd bolts and nuts but way too few to find what I need in there on more than 30% of the occasions I look for something.

Just cuz he dressed like a pimp and broke into peoples houses, does not automatically make him a black man. Racist!!!

That'd be sweet! Clips for the heater box?
I'm not sure but the package will be small but fairly heavy, prolly not ideal to buy a flat rate box. USPS has a thing online, very simple to use.

Send me that link again. What clips? Got a pic by chance?

Don't need to match it, just keep it the same thickness (or as close as you can) you will be fine sir !
