Good Morning All! Back from Michigan, nice visit with wife's families. John good luck with your surgery, not sure what it's on but if anyone could shoot one-handed it would be you!

First cup gone, one more to go.
Get the ram out today. Need to line up a trailer, get Dennis’s car to painter.
Will move some gravel today, and add more to the scrap trailer.

Lol well when the wind was blowing I thought that was real cold! Wife was raised in Trenton, has stories of steering wheel snapping in cold, her fake leather jacket freezing/cracking, good times!
 
We took my FIL and SMOM to game, went to OT with Seahawks winning (didn't expect that). I think Lions make the playoffs this year, not so sure about the Hawks, we'll see.

So many good car shows in Michigan, BIL just went to Frankenmuth and many other shows/cruises. Shows are mostly done around here but not there.

I figured they are done up there, I am heading to Pettit Jean Mt Friday morning at 5am, car show swap meet, been going to the Mt for 31 years now, if I ever come up missing just head to the Mt and give a yell :lol:

Morning folks. Nothing much going on today. Just playing. May be do some laundry. I hope to make some salsa. Let's see, today is Wednesday. Tomorrow night is CVMM (whiskey tasting) It will be a "clean the garage" meeting where he brings all the leftover bottles from prior tastings that we can revisit and buy what's left for a few bucks. It's always fun.
 
Thanks to all y’all here in my extended family for the well wishes. Certainly not something I want to do but did not really have a choice. it has been a long time since I had to do anything medical. This go around everyone gets paid up front before the surgery? No idea when that started? Betting it is related to Insurance shenanigans. Just seems odd, but I guess it makes sense? Looks like I get to come home day after if all goes well and body accepts new parts. On plus side at this point our deductible is met and our out of pocket is complete so Jodi thinks I might as well get other shoulder done as soon as this one is functional! Not sure I am up for that but it sure makes sense as it is inevitable. I hate it when she is right!

Hope all goes well John. One thing nice about this, you're not the first one the surgeon has done. He and his staff are seasoned professionals. It's just another day at the office for them. And from what I have heard, the joint technology is miles ahead of the first ones made. You have all that on your side.

I hope everything goes well and your recovery progresses ahead of schedule. She is right, get it in if you can while the deductible is met.

That's a CL photo from a couple years back. It was for sale in the LA basin somewhere. Heck, I mighta put it in the "Wish It Was Closer" thread :lol:
