I don’t buy into aliens thing. That’s said, the simple law of averages I think there is life somewhere out there in the universe but I don’t believe they have any ability to intergalactic travel.Looks like I should keep my aluminum hat on all the time.

I don't believe we are alone in the universe and as far as having aliens living among us is a tough one to believe.
We can't get along with people on our own planet so if life is out there it best wait till we get along here first.

Good morning, early Dr. apt. for my annual eye exam in Martinsburg. More rain here.
Took the wheels and tires off of my Harley yesterday and took the new tires to my tire guy. He called me a little later in the afternoon and said I must have tubes for these wheels. So spending some time online looking for the correct tubes. There's also a small local motorcycle shop nearby me. When they open at 8:00 a.m. I will call and see if they have what I need. There's always something else more that you need when working on a project. But you all know this already.
Morning guess I'm up early here in the Midwest just past 4am too much excitement, I guess.
You'd think after a day of yard work, loading a truck full of firewood, and a double hitter softball game (four hours) I'd have slept better??
I'm still on the weight loss crusade. I weighed in this morning and have now lost 43 pounds. I'm thinking an even 50 and call it good?

I always think the same thing after a hard day's work............................... Did a ton of work, and boy I will sleep well tonight. Usually doesn't happen.

Chin is off work today, and I'm told I am to take her to the Vietnamese supermarket to buy Vietnamese greens. That's okay, but that store is across town in Fairfax from DC. Takes about 45 minutes to get there. Oh well
It's all good. No need to be sorry.

I don't miss all the traffic over there...................commuting every day for years to DC, always accidents.
We're kinda like that. 20 minutes to the city limits. The other way five minutes to a small town no stop light town with a gas station including my off-road diesel for the mower, a Dollar General that sells groceries and hardware items, and a liquor store. All the small necessities are covered!!I know the feeling everything is 45 minutes away for me, including Dr. this morning. However, that is the way I like it
